Founded in 2021, Onyx Wellness & Aesthetics was built on the belief that honest, transparent aesthetic and wellness treatments should be accessible to everyone. What began as a single treatment room has grown into a state-of-the-art medical spa entirely through word-of-mouth referrals—without large marketing campaigns or billboards.
From the very first consultation to every treatment that follows, every aspect of the patient experience is intentionally designed around quality rather than volume. Even the number of patients we see each day is purposefully limited to ensure every individual receives the time, attention, and personalized care they deserve.

Dr. Fastina Sabir is the Medical Director at Onyx Wellness & Aesthetics, bringing nearly a decade of clinical practice to every treatment she oversees. Trained in advanced aesthetic procedures, she approaches each patient with a holistic philosophy — ensuring results that are natural, refined, and enduring.
Under her leadership, Onyx maintains the highest standards of medical safety and patient-centered care. Dr. Sabir believes that the best aesthetic outcomes come from understanding the whole person — not just the procedure.

Faraz Sabir is the Founder of Onyx Wellness & Aesthetics, where he combines evidence-based medicine with a personalized approach to aesthetic care. A certified Physician Associate and aesthetics specialist, he has trained with leading plastic surgeons in Miami since 2015 and brings over a decade of experience to every treatment. Dedicated to achieving natural, balanced results, Faraz provides thoughtful consultations and customized treatment plans, helping patients feel confident that they are receiving the highest standard of care.
